The Emancipation Proclamation Celebration

The Gallia County Emancipation Celebration Committee is soliciting donations to support the Gallia County Emancipation Celebration and future potential projects, such as purchase of property in Bidwell to hold the annual celebration (Bidwell is the original location for the Gallia County Emancipation Celebration) and the annual scholarship program.

The Annual Emancipation Day Celebration, Inc. is a non-profit tax exempt 501 (c) 3 organization so your donations are tax deductible.

The Committee appreciates your donation and support and look forward to seeing you at the Annual Emancipation Day Celebration held the third weekend of September each year at the University of Rio Grande.
